The observatory is doing it AGAIN.
Yesterday's forecast for today was overcast with rain. Now that today has arrived, its forecast for this afternoon and tonight has become:
Cloudy with sunny intervals. Visibility relatively low over parts of the territory. Moderate east to southeasterly winds.
Those cheating lying scumbags!

You think this is bad. Just imagine the havoc they could wreak if they actually CONTROLLED the weather. Some days, they might even set the weather to match their prediction. Confusion would be total.
Today is nice, though, if you don't mind aerial pollution.
