According to the newly unveiled urban redevelopment plan for Kwun Tong, the existing Yu Man Fong Park will be expanded four-times in area. The new Yu Man Fong Plaza will have an area of 94,000 sq ft, with another 226,000 sq ft of rooftop and patio garden area. 500 new trees will be planted. Greenery will take up 28% of the total area of the site, making it the city centre in Hong Kong with the largest percentage of greenery.

A lot of green, that much is true. But it seems like most of the green are from stairs and tiles that have been painted green. Central Park not coming to Hong Kong anytime soon, folks.
